Paleo Pesto

Basil! This beautiful herb is packed with nutrients (when organic) such as Vit K, A, C, Manganese, Copper, Iron, Calcium and Omega 3.

My Paleo Pesto is delicious!

Ingredients
2 C Fresh Basil Leaves packed
1/4 C Pine Nuts lightly toasted in the oven
3/4 C Macadamia Oil
1 Tsp Lemon Juice
1 Tbsp Duck or Beef Fat
1/2 C Roasted Salted Cashews
S+P to Taste

Optional: Peace Love and Vegetables Cashew Cheese. Mix to taste xx

Method
Throw it all in the food processor (Leave a few leaves and Pine Nuts out if you’d like a garnish), and enjoy! Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
