Olive + Chive Bagels

Get ready to have some toasted Bagels! Before I went Paleo I thought Bagels tasted bland and I really didn’t get what all the fuss was about, but not anymore! these little ones have turned me into a bagel loving soul 🙂

Ingredients
3/4 C Halved Olives
1/2 C Chopped Chives
4 Eggs
1/2 C Ground Golden Flax
1/2 C Arrowroot
1/2 C Skinless Almond Meal
1 Grated Zucchini
1/2 C Chia Seeds
1/4 C Almond Milk
1/2 Tsp Baking Soda
Coconut Oil

Method
Preheat oven to 180 degrees and oil your bagel mould with coconut oil.
In a cake mixer mix all ingredients except for the olives and chives together until well combined. Fold in the Olives and Chives and pour the mix into your mould. Bake for 25 Mins or until a skewer comes out clean. Bagels are best served Toasted and with your favourite spreads with kraut! xx
