1 1.2 C Baked Sweet Potato
3/4 C Coconut Flour
1/2 C Almond Meal
1/4 Tsp Baking Soda
4 Tbs Macadamia Oil
5 Tbs Coconut Oil
1/2 C Nut Butter (I had made an Almond, Cashew and Brazil nut one the night before)
Dash of Vanilla Essence
Pinch Himalayan Salt
1 C Coconut Nectar
1 C Cacao
1/2 C Almond Milk
You know I love quick and easy methods of cooking, none of this “Pour this, mix then add that” 🙂
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
Throw all the ingredients in the food processor on high until smooth.
Meanwhile line a baking tray with baking paper.
Pour the mix into the tray and cook for 20–25 mins – the inside should be slightly moist.
Once cooked pull the tray out, tip the tray onto a chopping board, pull the paper off and slice into pieces.
Yum, a perfect snack!
